Returns Made Simple!

At Resin Realm Creations, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for non-customised items. If you need to request a return, you’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your item to get in touch.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when it arrived — unused, and still in its original glory.

How to Start a Return:

Ready to return? Simply drop us a line at hello@resinrealmcreations.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the details on where to send your package. Just a heads-up—items sent back to us without first getting a return approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues :

We carefully inspect every order before it goes out, but if something’s not right—whether it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered—let us know straight away. We’ll jump into action to sort things out for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Customised items made just for you—like those with specific size or colour requests, or personalised in any way — can’t be returned.

Exchanges:

If you’re looking to swap for something different, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and once we’ve given the go-ahead, you can make a new purchase for the item you’d prefer.

Refunds:

As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it’s all good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it might take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to sort out the refund on their end.
We’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible!

Any items which have been personalised or custom created on your behalf will not be eligible for refund unless the product has a fault.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Items with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.= –
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@resinrealmcreations.co.uk and we will advise how to return your item.

Gifts:

.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send us an email at hello@resinrealmcreations.co.uk and we will advise how to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
