SHIPPING INFO:

  • We use Royal Mail for all packages
  • You will receive an automatic email or text notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following working day.
  • Lead time is on average 3-5 working days until shipping. Some items may take longer so please do check the item description for details.
    This is the time it takes us to complete your order. The time in transit depends on where you live, but typically only takes about 3-5 working days.

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered & includes all relevant/required information.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
